We have chosen to cultivate the olive respecting nature and the environment without using any fertilizers and pesticides, thus protecting the balance set by nature.
We choose the best maturity point and we gather the olives from our trees by hand, transferring them directly to the oil mill.
The extraction of the olive oil is done with the means of cold pressing using state-of-the-art machinery keeping in this way the natural ingredients and flavors of the olives intact.
This high quality extra virgin olive oil is stored in special stainless steel tanks where it will remain for two months to obtain its bright texture.
We standardize and package our olive oil under the strictest hygiene conditions producing an olive oil with very low acidity, with smooth and balanced flavor, distinctive aroma and high nutritional value.
