100% organic coconut. Organic coconut cream is obtained by grinding the white inside of coconut until it’s get a smooth and creamy texture.
Nutritional averages of 100g: energy 686kcal / 2831KJ, 68g fat, of which about 44 g saturated, carbohydrates 8g of which 3.5g sugars, proteins 10.5g, salt 0.08g. It does not contain GMOs.
Usage: coconut cream has a very diverse use, great for cooking and baking. Due to its low moisture content can be mixed into the dough for bread and sweet goods. It can be blended in fruit shakes or be added to the coffee / cocoa as a vegan substitute for milk. Make your coconut milk by dissolving 50g coconut cream 100ml lukewarm water.
Store in a dry and cool place.
